For many boaters, comfort at anchor or underway can make the difference between a memorable day on the water and one cut short by uncomfortable rolling. Gyroscopic stabilization has transformed the onboard experience, and Quick Gyro is designed to make that technology accessible across a wide range of vessels.

Developed by Quick Group, the Quick Gyro range combines compact dimensions, rapid spool-up, straightforward installation and simplified maintenance, providing boat owners with an effective solution for reducing roll and improving comfort on board. The lineup is designed for boats ranging approximately from 20 to 150 feet, with the possibility of multiple-unit installations for bigger boats.

At the heart of Quick Gyro is a flywheel that rotates around a horizontal axis. This configuration distributes the flywheel’s weight on the bearings and allows the system to operate at lower rotational speeds while promoting faster stabilization.

Designed with installation and maintenance in mind

One of the defining characteristics of Quick Gyro is its installation flexibility. The range is suitable for both new builds and refits, from small day cruisers through larger yachts, while compact dimensions help installers identify suitable locations on board.

Another advantage is cooling. Quick Gyro models are designed with air cooling, eliminating the need for additional seawater intakes or water pumps and helping simplify installation. The only exception in the current range is the X75, which is water-cooled.

Maintenance has also been considered from the outset. The stabilizers use a protected, vacuum-free design, allowing easier inspection and straightforward onboard service operations.

DC or AC: a solution for different boats

Quick Gyro is divided into two product families. The X DC Series operates on 12V DC power and features an integrated driver, with models from X2 DC through X13 DC. The X AC Series extends from X5 AC to X75 AC, addressing larger and more demanding applications. Together, the two series create a broad stabilization portfolio for boats of different sizes and electrical configurations.

Four Years of peace of mind

Quick Group is reinforcing its commitment to long-term customer support with a new extended warranty program for Quick Gyro. Owners of eligible Quick Gyro stabilizers can extend the standard two-year warranty to a total of four years by registering their product online through a dedicated portal. To maintain the extended coverage, periodic maintenance must be performed by an authorized service center or certified technician. The program offers owners greater peace of mind while helping ensure their stabilization system is professionally maintained throughout its extended warranty period.
