PORT 32 Celebrates Topping Out Milestone
PORT 32 Marinas, LLC, a leading owner, operator, developer, and acquirer of a growing collection of irreplaceable marina assets in premier markets, celebrated a major construction milestone at PORT 32 Palm Beach Gardens, with a topping out ceremony on June 4. The event marks the structural completion of all three buildings for the new marina in Palm Beach Gardens.
The topping-out ceremony, held at the project site at 2385 PGA Boulevard, brought together the PORT 32 team, the general contractor, Miller Construction Company, Watt, Inc., and project partners to commemorate the placement of the final structural beam in the building’s framework. One beam was signed during the ceremony by project leaders and team members in recognition of the milestone. More than 150 construction workers and project team members have worked on the project to date.

PORT 32 Regional Vice President Mike Vinson and Miller Construction Company Project Manager Harley R. Miller delivered remarks during the ceremony, recognizing the project’s economic impact and its role in advancing the marina’s long-term redevelopment vision.
The celebration also honored the construction workforce’s dedication with a catered lunch from Mission BBQ, a live DJ, a raffle, and additional activities designed to recognize the team’s hard work and foster camaraderie across the project. Awards were presented to subcontractors who demonstrated exceptional performance and dedication throughout the project. Attendees were treated to intimate, guided tours led by members of the project team.
