Super-high performance in a choice of two models

From the designs of Sasha Vlad and Carlos Vidal and manufactured by Milan Sterk, the STERK 31 combines Mediterranean design with state-of-the-art technology and sophisticated functionality. “The basis of where this all began for the three was performance and hull characteristics,” says Jeff Rodgers of STERK Yachts Florida. “Everything else evolved out of that.” Details, such as a small revision in the hull strake to keep the stepped hull from slipping in a turn, a seamless hull-deck connection, the coordinated helm, and an extra-large T-top provides cruising comfort and enjoyment.

Two deck layouts allow owners to choose between the 31RC with an aft cabin or the 31WB (shown) with an outdoor wet bar and cooking station. Two models offer owners their choice of the essentials, the Sport, or luxurious features with additional state-of-the-art technology in the Supersport, such as a head with vanity unit with mirrors, wash basin, and pull-out shower. Choose your model based on options like the T-top and bimini setups, a wake tower, sound systems, shore power connection, heated and cooled cupholders, and Yamaha engine options to a max 700 horsepower. With up to 140 gallons in the fuel tank, you can go a long way at a 34-mph cruise speed. Then again, the boat with twin 300-hp Yamaha outboards can take you to Bimini from Fort Lauderdale in an hour.

The WB version has a convertible rear lounge with a U-shaped lounge area and table that conveniently transforms into a full sunbed. The fridge, two-burner stove, sink, and counter make for a convenient spot to entertain family and friends. The RC features a rear double berth (instead of the WB rear lounge area) accessible by a garage-style door that lifts from the swim platform. To top it off, a huge sunpad backs second row seating behind the helm.

The ride is smooth and stable, and the hull design produces tight turns without slipping at any speed. The STERK 31 is comfortable and performs exceptionally well. sterkyachts.com
