Blue Angels take to the sky in the Pensacola Beach Air Show.
Independence Day is July 4th. Anchor up and watch your town’s fireworks shoot for the sky. It’s a two-fer. You’ll see sparkles in the sky as well as reflected on the water’s surface. Whoop and holler at your club’s boat parade. Push the throttle down all the way and let the flags flap.
Flora-Bama boaters can watch the U.S. Navy’s Blue Angels shoot for the sky at the Pensacola Beach Air Show. The dates are July 11-12, but the pilots will be pushing the throttle of their Super Hornets over coastline beaches in the days leading up to the big show.
This will be the last Blue Angels air show performance on the Gulf Coast until the Punta Gorda show in November. But the Blue Angels will be bringing their show to other cities around the U.S. this year. The final performance of 2025 is November 7-8, when the team returns to Naval Air Station Pensacola and puts on the Blue Angels Homecoming Air Show.

The Blue Marlin Grand Championship
The Blue Marlin Grand Championship—the Greatest Show in Sportfishing—is July 9-12.
The start and finish line is The Wharf Marina in Orange Beach, Alabama.
This is the fourth and final event of the annual Gulf Coast Triple Crown Championship. The big three are Alabama’s Orange Beach Billfish Classic, Mississippi’s Gulf Coast Billfish Classic in Biloxi, and Florida’s Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic out of Sandestin.

Endless Wave Comes to Horseshoe Bay Resort
