All it takes is a handful of ingredients whipped together in minutes to make you look like a culinary genius.
This crab dip is the ultimate boat-friendly indulgence: rich, creamy, and packed with fresh crab. Served warm, it’s easy to share, pairs perfectly with crackers or crostini, and travels like a dream. Whether you’re docked or drifting, it’s the kind of coastal comfort that gets better with every bite. Hat tip to Chris Borges, chef/owner of Charmant in New Orleans.

How to Prepare
Let butter and cream cheese sit out until room temperature. Combine and whip in a bowl until well mixed and emulsified. Fold in crabmeat thoroughly and add salt and lemon juice. Warm over low heat to maintain emulsification. Serve with crackers, toast, or crudités of your choice. Yields 8-12 servings.
