Cucumber & Basil Cocktail
1 oz. Tito’s Vodka
1 oz. Botanist Gin
¼ oz. Giffard Pamplemousse Liqueur
1 oz. cucumber purée
½ oz. lemon juice
¼ oz. simple syrup
2-3 basil leaves
Place all ingredients in a shaker and give a short shake for 8-10 seconds. Then, double-strain into a martini glass and garnish with a cucumber ribbon.
