1 lb. claw crab meat, picked
1 lb. lump crabmeat, picked
1 lb. unsalted butter
1 lb. cream cheese
1 Tbsp salt
Juice of 1 lemon

How to Prepare
Let butter and cream cheese sit out until room temperature. Combine and whip in a bowl until well mixed and emulsified. Fold in crabmeat thoroughly and add salt and lemon juice.
