Bluegame BG62

Bluegame boats were introduced to America at last February’s Miami show. In its first appearance at the Fort Lauderdale show, visitors can check out the Italian builder’s flagship, the Bluegame 62 (61’ 6” LOA, 17’ 6” beam). Designed by Olympic sailor Luca Santella, the concept is novel, a synthesis of various types of boats—sportfisher, tender, chase boat, open—into one multipurpose “sports utility boat.” The deck gives room to move with a central helm under a carbon fiber top and walkaround side decks. Part of the platform aft lowers to launch a 12-foot tender. The ethos of maximum usability extends the interior, which includes a full-beam king master, a double cabin, a salon seating eight, plus a flexible area aft to configure as needed. bluegame.it
