Lady anglers should mark their calendars for November 14-16 for the “Ladies Let’s Go Fishing” outing in the northern Florida Keys—Tavernier and Islamorada. This three-day event combines fishing and friendship in a fun, hands-on experience.
The weekend starts Friday, November 14th with a happy hour, “master chef” appetizer contest and a silent auction raffle at the Elks in Tavernier (mile marker 99, Bayside). The classroom presentations on offshore, bottom, inshore, and fly-fishing begin Saturday at 8:30AM with lunch provided and hands-on fishing demonstrations led by world-class captains until 4:30PM.
Sunday is an optional fishing adventure, with rates for this deep-sea angling action and overnight accommodations found at ladiesletsgofishing.com. The Keys University rates start at $118 for early registration. Ladies, don’t miss your opportunity to better your angling skills in the sportfishing capital of the world!
