Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum ( is nestled in the historic Scarbrough House, surrounded by stately gardens in the seaside town of Savannah, Georgia. It’s an elegant setting for a notable collection of mostly 18th and 19th century ship models, paintings and maritime antiques of Atlantic trade between England and America. Highlights include the steamship Savannah, the first ship of its kind to make a transatlantic crossing and a model of the Titanic that is lit from within.
