Pathfinder Boat’s 2400 TRS joins the 2200 TRS and 2300 HPS, both introduced for the 2011 model year, giving the bay boat brand its biggest stable of new model offerings since its start in 1998.

The new Pathfinder 2400 TRS combines popular features from its newer counterparts such as integrated aft-deck seats and under-gunwale rod storage with trademark Pathfinder styling and the proven running surface of the still-available 2400 Tournament Edition.

Powered by a Yamaha F300 horsepower engine, the 2400 TRS runs to a top speed of 59.3 mph and cruises at 24 mph at 2500 rpm, burning 5.3 gallons per hour at that speed. The cost of the boat with the Yamaha F300 is $62,700.

With an additional three inches of freeboard, a raised console with toe-kick and the added floor space created by the inclusion of gunwale boards, the 2400 TRS has the deepest and roomiest cockpit in the line-up.

A forward intermediate deck serves as a stair-step transition to the elevated bow casting deck and adds another large dry-storage compartment that is insulated and can double as a fish box. Other new features include a large anchor locker and foredeck, blue LED cockpit lighting and oversized rod locker openings with unique storage pockets to segregate spent terminal tackle or keep items like hooks or lures within easy reach. A dedicated floor storage box houses up to four batteries, leaving the interior of the console uncluttered and free for storage.
