Sailfish Point Marina and Yacht Club is uniquely positioned to take advantage of Florida’s finest fishing grounds, with the Indian River to the west, the St. Lucie Inlet to the south and the Atlantic Ocean and its famed Gulfstream fishing waters to the east.
The Sailfish Point Marina and Yacht Club is one of the largest privately owned marinas in Florida. The full-service deepwater marina offers 77 wet slips, 60 dry slips and can accommodate vessels up to 125 feet long. ValvTect marine gasoline and diesel fuel is available for sale for Sailfish Point members only. Charters, private cruises, daytrips and fishing tournaments all can be arranged through the marina office.
The marina is actually part of the Sailfish Point community of 520 homes located within a gated area on the southern tip of Hutchinson Island near Stuart, Florida. Five miles of shoreline stretch along the Atlantic, St. Lucie Inlet and the Indian River, surrounding the community with clear, scenic, navigable waters. The community offers an abundance of amenities, as residents enjoy private beaches, golf courses, tennis courts, and a fitness center and spa.

Housing options range from spacious beachfront homes and homesites to intimate oceanfront condos, link-side villas and townhomes with private docks. At the center of the Sailfish Point community is the oceanfront clubhouse. Overlooking the Atlantic, the 60,000-square foot clubhouse serves as the social gathering place for the myriad of activities that make the community an exciting place to live. A full calendar of events offers something for every taste and interest, from the Welcome Back party in January to themed wine dinners.
Sailfish Point is currently offering a promotion aimed at introducing cruising yachtsmen to the community’s many pleasures. The Yacht & Play package includes three days and two nights dockage in the marina, two rounds of golf on the Jack Nicklaus Signature course, two dinners and three lunches in the oceantfront clubhouse, along with access to beach and tennis (depending on availability).
